You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you are returning your glasses due to them simply not being to your taste (too big, too small, don’t like colour) please be aware that we will only refund the cost the of the frame alone and not the bespoke items such as Thinned lenses or coatings. If the glasses are not correct to your order we will refund you fully.
Please ensure you use recorded delivery as proof of delivery. We do not accept responsibility for any items going missing unless the form of delivery is recorded and insured.
If you are just wanting to try our glasses for size and do not wish to purchase them for whatever reason, simply return to the address of the invoice and we’ll refund you. (Please note be we do not refund any postage charges)
To request a refund or exchange or if there is a problem with your order, you must send us a return request from your Glasses 123 online account. To do this click on completed orders and then click onto the return item button. You must ensure the quantity of the product is correct before submitting your request.
What does it mean when my order says Pending?
When your order is marked pending it means that we are processing your order, please allow 10 working days before calling regarding your order.
We pride ourself on getting glasses dispatched extremely quickly, however usual delivery is normally 10 workings. We do ask that you allow 28 days before contacting us to enquire about delivery of your order. This allows us to ensure all resources are made available to speed up our service and get items dispatched.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
